Warrior's Choice

          To gaze upon the starry sky
            and see the twinkling stars
          to see the ways of life passing by
            and mine passing far

          A shooting star passed
            a wish made that night
          that one, my last
            for i had to begin my fight

          A journey i had to take
            to use the heavens as my guide
          I will not fail, i will not make
            my life for nothing, i will not hide

          It will be hard
            it will be tough
          I will go the mile, i will go the yard
            i hope that i do enough

          I hope to show others
            i hope to make a difference
          to change a life, an other
            to do right, to balance

          My wish now given, my acts to now
            portray, to live to my wish
          hope and believe, to keep my vow
            and to go through my life
